Avoiding a Victim Mindset: YOUR PERSONAL SAFETY
In this class we will look at the odds of being the victim of crime, and what you can do to dramatically reduce those odds. We will examine the psychology of the criminal predator, and also discuss the psychological impact of being the victim of crime, most particularly of violent crime. Finally, we will explore the mindset, awareness, and plans of action that will make you a difficult target for the criminal predator, and an unlikely victim. Personal, vehicle, travel, technological, and home security will be examined.
This five hour class is fully lecture with no live-fire components, however various devices, equipment, and techniques will be demonstrated.

- Attendees will be supplied with a 27 page handbook titled, “TAKING CHARGE: Your Personal Safety and Security. A handbook on how to make decisions that will help you avoid being the victim of personal violence and crime.”
Customer Responsibility:
- Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class for check in
